 My role encompassed the design, build and implementation of Private Cloud solutions, leading projects to migrate clients from traditional / in-house infrastructure and IT Ops, to e-know's Private Cloud solution, delivered over Citrix SBC/VDI. In addition, I was a 4th line escalation point for the support teams, and also assisted with pre-sales scoping and propositions. In the 4years I worked in the Infrastructure Department, I built environments for Top 100 Law firms, Accountancy firms, Recruitment Consultancies and Private Investment Houses. These projects took me all around the UK and into Europe.
