- Managing the asset management department for the subject perimeter Germany & Austria, leading and supervising the asset management team members. - Defining and delivering the execution of the Asset Management Plan (acquisition and sale of hotel operating platform(s) and real estate and hotel development) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders; - Leading and managing leases including landlord and tenant relationship, key account management, lease terminations, renewals, renegotiations and lease compliance; - Defining yearly Capex budget plan (MCI, Dev, FF&E reserve) and monitoring Capex progress and approval of funding requests; - Ensuring the preparation and execution of the MCI (renovations) and repositioning projects in close collaboration with the construction and operational team; - Asset performance and ROI monitoring within the real estate life cycle and co-responsibility for the GAV (valuation) process within the perimeter; - Preparing the materials to facilitate the investment decision-making process and independent presentation to the necessary approval committees;
