Responsible for outbound account development and go-to-market strategy for Flexciton, an autonomous scheduling and planning solution for semiconductor manufacturers. Built and own the full outbound GTM motion - including integration of Apollo, Clay, and HubSpot as the CRM foundation, with Lemlist and HeyReach used on an ad-hoc basis for outreach execution.
- Personal contributor + hired, onboarded and coached a team of 3 overachieving SDRβs (Outbound only). - Ongoing evolution of value based sequence messaging and multichannel outbound approach. - Partner with Sales counterparts to develop outbound strategies based on in depth research, use-cases, intent signals, personas and industries. - Optimising process and identifying bottlenecks. - Build and maintain reporting across Salesforce, Outreach, LI Sales Navigator, ZI, 6sense. - Use data to identify strategy and plays that are working, ongoing messaging improvement. - Lead SDR development meetings and weekly 1x1s to help increase the SDRs business acumen and improve outreach techniques.
