Senior engineer at AT&T with 14+ years of experience. with a specialization in the Technical Space Infrastructure organization. Our most exciting work so far has involved expanding our 5G and fiber networks across the country. Recent projects involve me utilizing Palantir to assist in data driven decision making and creating applications using AIP and GenAI. Other initiatives include using Microsoft Copilot Studio to create agents that help automate work processes and improve business efficiencies. I started working for AT&T directly out of college through the Technical Development Program which is an accelerated job rotation program focusing on building one's engineering and business acumen. My successful graduation occurred in 2013 and led to a full-time position which allowed me to work with multiple organizations in various geographic locations both domestic and international. Colleagues know me as being passionate about my work, always willing to help others and having a continuing desire to learn new skills. I have completed numerous Nanodegrees via Udacity including Data Analyst, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics for Business and Full Stack Web Developer. In addition, I have also completed the Digital Marketing Specialization on Coursera. I also co-led the San Francisco Bay Area AT&T employee collaboration zone. Primary work functions is to perform chief information officer tasks. Some of these include, but are not limited to data wrangling, data cleansing, pipeline building, dashboard reporting and obtaining data insights. - Experienced in Python, SQL, Palantir, R, Tableau, VBA scripting. - Involved in deployment of VoLTE/VoIP, and DAS among other technologies in a nationwide network. - First point of contact on questions of capacity and capability for specific networks and network elements and often assists in the diagnosis of service problems. - Analyze, forecast trends, and monitor utilization of networks and network elements to develop site-specific optimization/consolidation solutions. - Experience with thermal engineering, containment design, and producing actionable AutoCAD drawings for telecommunications networks. - Analyze capacity levels and consumption trends and initiate routine network/switch augments or consolidations and removals to recover network equipment or space capacity within budget guidelines. - Subject matter expert for a number of databases and tools used to improve data collection and reduce capital expenditures with the organization. - Partners/collaborates with key stakeholders, Network Ops, Network Engineering, Network Planning, Building and Power Engineering, Project/Program Management, Outside Plant, Real Estate Asset Management, and Telephony Suppliers. - Developer for Robotics Process Automation (RPA). - Project managed special events such as NFL Playoffs, Apple Keynotes, U.S. Open Golf tournament, high utilization, and restoration of network outages for the Northern California market. - Design and order cell site transport (TDM and IP-based transport). - Develop, analyze, and issue reports associated with the health and development of network. - Designed new transport (SS7, E911, DS1, DS3, OCn, and ETTCs) for RNC, MSN, MSC, MME and Juniper equipment. - Designed monthly actuals template for workforce planning/forecasting.
