As a Technical Application Specialist, I provide process application support which includes. • Preforming routine analysis of coolants used in metal removal and metal roll forming. • Supporting and servicing of chemical pretreatment systems prior to paint application. • Servicing of water treatment systems, RO water treatment, and hot water boiler systems. • Supporting and servicing of industrial metal precipitant water treatment systems.
• Managed a caseload of 30 clients with serious mental or debilitating illness • Administered skills training services to all clients, including teaching skills to improve daily functioning, independence in the community, completion of daily living activities, and reinforcing coping skills to deal with daily stressors • Provided case management services, such as coordination of appointments, advocating client needs, maintaining accurate treatment plans, retaining social benefits, and directed payee related needs • Facilitated daily transportation needs of clients to ensure access to services and needed resources
• Received 10-15 calls and/or text messages from Families First, Midtown or the National Suicide Prevention lifeline callers who needed support over a four-hour period, twice a week
• Tutored undergraduate psychology majors in research and statistical methods • Attended class lectures and assist students with work problems • Developed study materials to aid students in learning
