I lead Venture Lab at Yale Ventures, where I help faculty innovators translate research into startup companies through venture development, commercialization support, and Entrepreneur-in-Residence networks. My background includes private equity, strategy consulting, startup leadership, and innovation strategy across healthcare, technology, media, and education. Prior to Yale, I worked at Angelo, Gordon & Co., Bain & Company, and Goldman Sachs, and founded companies in digital media and education. I also teach entrepreneurship and innovation at Sacred Heart University.
