PlusMinusOne was founded at the start of the pandemic and we started hiring people and developing products remotely. I was responsible for controlling and directing development of the backend and iOS projects. People management (mentoring, evaluation, hiring), helping scrum and planning projects can be named as my other responsibilities.
I was responsible for maintaining all the aspects of the Dolap iOS app which has more than 100k daily active users and one of the top 5 shopping app in Turkey.
In OpenPayd I was responsible for producing iOS apps and SDKs in coordination with Backend team, Project Managers and Design team while deciding and guiding what should be done in the process of implementation. I was also helping the less experienced developers.
