As a Dreamcatcher Coordinator I help provide meaningful roles, increase job skills, reduce stigma, offer peer support, develop independent living skills, and provide community integration through employment to residents of a Crestwood Behavioral Health program with assistance from the Dreamcatcher Empowerment Network. Job duties consist of but not limited to: - Completing Vocational Assessment on all residents to identify their employment experience and goals - Assists individuals with obtaining ID and Social Security Cards needed for employment - Completing Dreamcatchers Intake/Entry documentation including payroll (i.e. W4 and I-9) - Develop work sites and job duties with guidance from Dreamcatchers main office - Provide job coaching to individuals as they participate in paid work experience - Complete weekly case note to document participation and progress in PCC - Record daily work hours in POC - Provide weekly Vocational Groups which teach but not limited to; Creating a resume, proper work etiquette, soft skills training, "peer workers group", and money management - Completing payroll terminations
Responsible for encouraging and engaging residents in a psychiatric health facility to participate in group activities to help progress them on a healthy recovery path. Planning out activities, use of activity assessments, and electronic charting are done routinely.
