My primary goal as head of IT is cost containment. On a day-to-day basis, I'm responsible for all systems, networks & applications that facilitate company operations. These systems include enterprise level warehouse management applications & their supporting hardware such as RF scanners, a 1/4 mile long sorting conveyor, several servers & a network spanning over 200,000 sq/ft.
