Psychology student with a passion for understanding human behavior, especially in high-performance and team environments. As a Division I student-athlete, I’ve developed discipline, resilience, and the ability to perform consistently under pressure while working closely within a team toward shared goals. I’m particularly interested in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and how motivation, leadership, and mindset influence performance and workplace dynamics. I’m driven by opportunities to apply psychology in real-world organizational settings and am actively seeking experience in team-based, operational, and people-focused roles.
