My day-to-day activities for the past 30 years have been in Industrial Sales & Marketing. My background includes partnering and working on strategic alliances with customers and allies which always resulting in substantial sales growth, full P&L responsibility, development of customer-driven organizations (while staying cost-effective - LEAN for continuous improvement.), establishing strategic direction for R&D, and ensuring product quality while managing cost to fit our value proposition. I am considered a well-rounded, aggressive leader with a broad background, and I have proven success in managing B2B businesses with EBITDA growth outperforming each industry I have worked in! I also have turnaround experience where I had to build domestic, international and inside sales teams (around Salesforce.com) from ground up, as well as the customer support functions and operations. Enterprise value was grown 100 times in one turnaround company. Evaluating potential acquisitions, conducting due diligence and participation in negotiations when both buying and selling also means I’m very comfortable in that arena/M&A.
