With a degree in Human Resource Management from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and internship experience at Bayloni Manpower Recruitment, I have developed a strong foundation in the field of HR. Now, as an HR Specialist in UnionDigital Bank, I have had the opportunity to work on various aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits. My time at Bayloni equipped me with the skills to handle end-to-end recruitment processes, manage employee deployments and trainings, and ensure proper documentation and filing. This experience has also honed my ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. In my current role, I have taken on additional responsibilities such as facilitating employee engagement events, streamlining onboarding processes, and transitioning towards paperless filing systems. I am also undergoing training in the compensation and benefits field, where I assist with payroll and mandatory government benefits concerns. My passion for HR stems from my desire to contribute to the growth and success of an organization by creating a positive and inclusive work culture. With a strong work ethic and a continuous drive to learn and improve, I am dedicated to making a meaningful impact in any HR role I take on.
I am assigned to the hiring process from screening applications, recruitment, and orientation of the company code of conduct and contracts. I am also being taught of marketing the agency to company clients such as franchisers of Potato Corner. I am also able to give insights to employee relation cases such as due process of termination of employment. Lastly, I am given tasks for employee engagement programs through making the FB page of the agency as active as possible, and proposing webinar series that will make a closer ambiance of employer and employee.
