Mitch Schermer is a partner and trial lawyer with Morgan & Morgan’s Business Trial Group in Tampa, Florida. Specifically, Mitch focuses his practice on construction defect litigation, representing property owners, organizations, and associations whose homes, buildings, and/or infrastructure have been damaged due to defective construction and improper design practices. In addition, Mitch handles construction lien and payment dispute issues on behalf of both owners and contractors.
