Specific issue engagements included: -the impact of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on the developing world, and the level of risk it exposed the Corporation to -efforts to nearshore manufacturing from China to Latin America and the Caribbean, and the investment opportunities involved -leveraging Corporation funds to counter the investments of malign actors in developing countries As an intern my chief responsibilities included drafting memorandums, briefing Congressional oversight committees on the status of Corporation projects, research into developing markets, drafting communications with related agencies such as USAID and the MCC, and maintaining Excel databases relevant to the Corporation's work.
