In my position as a Manager within the Partner Office Income team, I have been responsible for updating, analysing and reviewing different data. This has included preparing schedules for Global/EMEA moderation, income cost pools for all 5 Lines of Service and non-LoS, retirements, capital values and invoices. I have regular contact with LoS teams from each area of the business with those being the point of contact for any queries regarding Partner Performance, cost centre changes or PRP changes. I work closely with the Strategic Planning & Analysis team to ensure we manage Partner headcount and budgets effectively. I have extensive knowledge of the policies and the impact this has on Partner income. It is important that I cross reference all capital received from banks and query those that are not. I contact the bank and ensure this is repaid as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary interest charges. I am also responsible for preparing forecast levels of capital loan with the banks facilities with each bank and ensuring we are not forecast to go over the agreed total loan amounts. In addition to this, I have attended courses such as the Emerging Leaders Programme to improve leadership skills and to communicate more effectively with higher impact. I am also Career Coach to 7 members of the team, helping them to set goals and reach progress in their roles.

I have completed a temporary position at a Game shop. During my time there I assisted in various marketing tasks during the busy Christmas period. My duties included a thorough check of the prices stated on the products and altering them if they were incorrect as prices changed frequently as well as numerous deliveries. At this busy time of the year I worked in a team in which I had to complete each task to a deadline, with this particular one being the store opening time as it would become busier approaching Christmas. This job gave me vital experience in the workplace and at such a busy time of the year. I developed more skills by overcoming pricing errors on the computer by using my initiative.
