Leading the implementation of multiple tracks (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain) within the Oracle ERP project, ensuring successful delivery within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. Overseeing the detailed planning, coordination, and execution of project tasks within the track, including defining requirements, business processes, testing, and training. Driving collaboration among functional leads, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and key milestones for FUT, SIT, E2E Testing & UAT. Tracking and reporting on the status of key deliverables, milestones, and timelines to the Oracle ERP Project Manager and other senior leaders in Jira & Monday.com. Managing scope and track changes, ensuring that any modifications are documented, communicated, and approved by the relevant stakeholders through Change Request forms & creation of Decision Log. Serving as the primary point of contact for the assigned track, managing relationships with business stakeholders, functional leads, and external vendors.
