About

Dedicated operations and technical professional with a strong foundation in manufacturing and electronics. My career began with precision assembly of high-voltage SF6 switchgear at ABB Ltd, gaining hands-on experience with critical power infrastructure components and large-scale industrial quality standards. Subsequently, at Deep Electricals, I specialized in the dynamic balancing of electric motors and conducted comprehensive performance testing (No-Load and Full-Load) to ensure operational reliability. My technical responsibilities also included the precision manual soldering of PCBs and the fabrication of custom LED display panels. Later on took charge as a Coordinator, where I streamlined daily operations, synchronized repair and production workflows, and led technical teams to ensure high-quality, timely output. Recently completed a Post-graduate diploma in Project Management with a focus on Risk Analysis and Business Process Improvement. I bring a robust blend of technical execution, operational coordination, and analytical skills, seeking opportunities to drive efficiency and contribute to successful project delivery.

Managed spare parts inventory, implementing a tracking system to notify management of low stock and ensure 100% parts availability for critical repairs. Minimized production downtime by executing rapid-response maintenance and proposing technical improvements that optimized equipment lifespan. Ensured continuous production flow through a rigorous schedule of preventative maintenance and equipment auditing. Bridged the gap between design and execution by collaborating with engineering teams to verify that machinery repairs aligned with project blueprints.

  • Technical Coordinator at Deep Electricals
    Dec 2021 - May 2023 · 1 yr 6 mos

Executed dynamic balancing on electrical motors to eliminate vibration and performed No-Load/Full-Load testing to guarantee peak performance. Performed manual PCB soldering, component-level troubleshooting, and the end-to-end fabrication of custom LED display panels. Coordinated daily operations, bridging the gap between repair and production teams to streamline workflows and increase output. Assisted in implementing and Monitoring quality control measures for both Motors and LED panel boards, ensuring adherence to functional and all standards.

Through the campus placement I got chance to work at ABB, a MNC company that deals in HV power equipment. I worked on the assembly line, helped put together different HV switchgear(145kv, 400kv).These were the switch gears that used gas (SF6) to extinguish an arc during the breaker contacts separation. Product was in two different types GIS and PASS. It was a big learning curve, to see how these complex machines were built piece by piece. My main job was to make sure every part was put in exactly right, following the plans perfectly. This job taught me a lot about working carefully, being part of a team in a big company, and how important quality is when you're building something that controls High Voltage.
