• Supervised and managed multi-disciplinary teams of staffing including project coordinators, operations, and custodial workers for a 430,000 SF, 24 x 7 x 365, data center facility. • Provided support and insight during design, preconstruction and construction owner’s and contractor meetings. • Maintained wide range of maintenance and operational activities, project records, work orders and maintenance logs within client-based software programs. • Conducted site financial forecasting, budgeting, and auditing. • Ensured that facility meets government regulations and environmental, health and safety standards.
