Engagements: Kimberly Clark- American multinational personal care corporation that manufactures sanitary paper products and surgical/ medical instruments. With a revenue of $19 billion Kimberly Clark is seeking to have a global implementation of a single procure to pay system. - Leading the Supplier Integration and Collaboration work stream: gathering supplier onboarding requirements, scoping supplier risk management implementations, and prioritizing tasks based on project timeline. - Facilitate over 10 design workshops for all international teams to finalize a global standardized process for all entities to follow. Tyson Foods Inc - The world’s second largest processor and marketer of chicken, beef, and pork with $43 billion in revenue, sought to streamline all indirect spend and contracting into one system. -Created 10 businesses cases for Tyson Foods Inc to relay industry best practices and implementation needs to stakeholders to proceed with Phase 2 implementation efforts. - Directed over 30 testers through the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase by scripting test cases, coordinating status calls, and providing UAT reports to leadership resulted in the completion of 213 UAT test cases one week before the scheduled due date. - Led team of 4 to consolidate over 70 design process flows which streamlines processes and ensures client understanding before sign off to begin configuration/integration builds. - Served as the main point of contact for the Change Management team to translate and identify current functional design processes. Built out organizational personas to demonstrate value of the Coupa system and gain end user buy-in. - Mentored associates and new hires on client kickoff presentations to successfully establish a trusting client.
Engagements: Coinbase- A cryptocurrency exchange platform allowing users to buy, sell, and exchange digital currencies. - Designed global business process flows to reduce approval rate and transparency from 80% to 40% for end user requisitions. - Enabled supplier catalogs for end users to easily order necessary items for office needs. Increased ordering efficiency by 75%. Las Vegas Valley Water District- A not-for-profit water utility organization providing water to the Las Vega Valley to more than 1 million people. - Modernized the Procure to Pay system which enabled users to digitally approve, expense, and order goods/ services, saving time and money. -Delivered project 1 month ahead of schedule which allowed more time to invest in training users.
Engagements: Gigamon- Network visibility and traffic monitor technology company. Providing visibility and analytics within the cloud network. - Supervised the implementation of a secure Supplier Onboarding process through Coupa to prevent the fraudulent distribution of highly confidential information between suppliers and procurement/accounts payable team. Resulted in a secure connection of over 200 suppliers without any risk to the company CECO Environmental- Provides air pollution control technology, products and services for various industries. - Developed end user adoption strategies for 200-600 global users which involved live training sessions, training documentation, and communication timeline for internal and external users in three weeks. Fastly- With annual revenue of $290 million, Fastly is a cloud computing service provider helping developers extend their core cloud infrastructure. - Performed post Go-Live health check and presented process improvement recommendations such as approval process updates, user interface design improvements, and reporting enhancements. Softbank- Japanese multinational conglomerate focused in investment management. Primarily investing in technology, energy, and financial sectors. - Developed a solution to improve their invoicing system while addressing strict government invoicing regulation and policies in their India office. Resulted in clients being able to capture and pass data in their ERP system while meeting invoicing regulations and regulations.
Promoted to senior consultant and achieved leadership buy-in for application of Agile Framework to the General Services Administration (GSA)- System for Award Management (SAM), a $10 million portfolio, resulting in 10 legacy systems being consolidated into one SSO- platform.
Provided decision- support to executive level Federal clients across a $15 million portfolio to achieve cost avoidance and program efficiencies across military branches.
• Assisted with the management and daily operations of the AIR database such as managing the help desk, supporting customer access requests, registering users, and troubleshooting system issues • Drafted and refined functional requirements for future enhancements to the AIR Platform; created wireframes and presented to the stakeholders proposing the changes • Tested (AIR) database production and staging platforms to assess the overall user performance and developed further alternatives to improve the database for ease of use
