My work bridges the gap between internal culture and external branding—supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations while also crafting Unicom’s digital presence across platforms. Beyond the traditional HR scope, I’m passionate about bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the table—whether it's through digital storytelling, employer branding, or culture-building initiatives. My goal is simple: to help create a workplace where people feel inspired, connected, and empowered to grow.
At Uni-Com, I work as an HR Lead in our IT division, overseeing all HR operations for the Chandigarh office while also contributing to organization-wide policy formulation. My role focuses on strengthening employee relations, shaping a positive workplace culture, and ensuring that our HR practices align with both people and business objectives. I’m committed to fostering an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to grow—ultimately helping Uni-Com thrive as a connected, people-centric organisation.
