Key responsibilities include: • Managing the recruitment of all levels of management positions within our UK Stores • Providing first line advice and guidance to managers on recruitment, supporting the on-boarding process • Recruiting new store management teams, working alongside local project teams • Administration on the company recruitment system (Brassring) within specified timeframes • Training users on ATS becoming a 'superuser' for all local queries • Facilitating assessment days and competency based interviewing Coaching hiring managers on assessment skills • Implementing assessment materials for specialist roles • Managing internal and external candidate pipeline • Developing succession planning strategy to meet pipeline challenges • Working on project teams to develop careers website and standardise recruitment processes across the retail business Networking with flagship stores and area teams to understand business challenges • Working closely with the HR Administrator to ensure smooth and efficient offer process Offer administration including making verbal offers and creating short offers when required
Currently responsible for the end to end recruitment process for Retail Assistants and Supervisors for both Primark flagship store on Oxford Street and work together with the store managers and management team to contribute to the effective operation of the stores. Main responsibilities include: - Authorise recruitment for Retail Assistants and Supervisors for both Primark flagship stores on Oxford Street - Overall responsibility for advertising and filling vacancies both internally and externally - Conduct and oversee the interview process in store to ensure compliance with employment legislation - Ensure all interviewers have been trained in recruitment and selection procedures and equal opportunities legislation - Forge relationships with local agencies and local colleges and universities - Ensure all relevant training functions are carried out including induction training and updating all training records for retail assistant and supervisors - Ensure all records and files are kept up to date - Ensure compliance to Employment legislation such as Right to Work, Contracts of employment and equal opportunities.

Where areas of concern are highlighted, that appropriate action taken •Co-ordination of the daily plans for staff coverage and rotas •Act as a role model in optimising morale with in the HR team and wider staffing. Promoting a positive work environment whilst ensuring staff are fully aware of Company policies. Operational Standards: •In conjunction with the Store and HR Manager provided daily wage information to ensure effective use of the wage budget •Implementing monitoring systems for time keeping and absence, providing the information and advising line managers on the next course of action
