Misha Yerlick is an experienced Cannabis Operations Executive who has been building and growing cannabis companies for over 5 years. After co-founding Atlas Edibles in 2017, Misha then served as VP of Operations for Vertosa where he created structure, built operational efficiencies, and opened new markets. In these five years, Misha has built teams, systems, products and product lines, all done with an attention to organizational efficiency amidst the ever changing landscape of the cannabis industry - in California and beyond.
As VP of Operations I grew the entire Ops team from 3 to 12 people including hiring, the creation of new roles and responsibilities, SOPs, and training/onboarding systems. I also owned many specific projects and responsibilities within the organization including inventory control and management, ERP software implementation and management, facility compliance, and more. I also oversaw the expansion of our product menu to include new SKUs and entire new product lines, and helped expand our operations from 2 markets (CA and Canada) to over 11 markets (MI/MA/ME/OR/OK/TX/OH/CO/NV). The cannabis industry remains extremely volatile with extreme pricing fluctuations, market changes and regulatory changes constant. During this crazy almost 2 year span I was able to navigate these conditions, grow the operations team, increase efficiency and lower turnaround times while increasing our output and menu and ability to customize on our clients behalf. I am confident if I can navigate the operations of this company in this industry, I can do it anywhere.

CoFounder and COO of budding Edibles company. Grew company from 3 Employees and $3k in monthly revenue to 10 Employees and over $80k in monthly revenue. Managed all compliance initiatives, production staff, company structure and communication, largest sales accounts, and much more. Navigated a young and extremely complex new industry and created a lasting brand from the ground up.
As COO and cofounder I was responsible for the ideation of the company concept and mission, as well as team formation and management, fundraising, marketing, strategy and pretty much every other hat one could wear. I pride myself in my ability to manage and balance engineering/product focused goals as well as business/development goals and find where the two can meet most efficiently.
