I’m currently studying at the University of Cambridge, reading German and Spanish at Gonville and Caius college, and have now entered my penultimate year, which consists of a year abroad.
Selected as one of ten participants in the programme, I chose to specialise in fixed income. I have received technical upskilling sessions from various senior members of the fixed income division, as well as training delivered by FinancialEdge, supporting a fundamental understanding of macroeconomics, capital markets, accounting fundamentals, and valuation techniques. Supported by a personal mentor, I have completed three stock pitches, experiencing the responsibilities within investment directing and credit analysis.
Completed training in equities and bonds in partnership with FinancialEdge. Produced stock pitches in business areas of Multi-Asset, Equity Research, Fixed Income, and Sales and Marketing.
Received introductions to global capital markets, sales and trading, wealth management, and investment banking, including products of M&A and ECM, as well as sector-specific research teams.
