Mentored participants by providing feedback, fostering self-reflection, and encouraging personal and professional growth. Collaborated with other associates and program leaders to enhance the curriculum and improve the participant experience. Applied insights from my own LDP experience to support and develop future finance leaders.

This experience strengthened my ability to lead with authenticity and apply values-based frameworks in real-world scenarios.
