Believing that meaningful impact begins with understanding people, I am currently studying Psychology through the International Undergraduate Program (IUP) at Universitas Gadjah Mada. I am passionate about leadership, public speaking, and creating spaces where people feel heard, valued, and encouraged to grow. Through organizational involvement, volunteering, international conferences, and community engagement, I have learned that opportunities are not only about personal achievement they are about returning with broader perspectives and using them to create positive impact. With a strong interest in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, I aspire to contribute to workplaces where people and organizations can grow together. Above all, I hope to keep learning, keep giving back, and become someone whose journey encourages others to believe in their own.
