      I started my career with The Ritz-Carlton as a Manager in Training at the Pentagon City property in 2000. I was responsible for the Bar and Lounge operation there for two and a half years. In 2003 I transferred with the company as a part of the opening team of The Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes, Orlando. The first two years in Florida I was the Bleu Manager and in charge of the pool side restaurant and pool area. After that I joined the Banquet team as, first a manager, and then for the last three years as Director of Banquets. I was responsible for the financial results as well as leading 10 supervisors and 65 full time employees. During my time with The Ritz-Carlton I was also a part of seven openings as a task force member.
