I was born and raised in Brazil and have been adventuring here in Dallas, Texas since 2014. I do love anything art related more specifically photography apart from traveling it is one of my favorite things to do. I currently have the pleasure of working at American Airlines and love what I do! Connecting people around the world and getting to interact with them on a daily basis is a true satisfaction for me. • First point of contact with customer at the airport promoting and selling air travel. • Assist passengers at check-in process collecting information and completing cargo acceptance, check baggage, collecting excess baggage charges. • Ensure passengers meet the requirements for their assigned seats and are assigned their correct seats according to company policy and procedures, such as exit row seats, pets in cabin, and unaccompanied minors. • Assure passengers are abiding by all government requirements and regulations for domestic and international travel. • Meet and dispatch various types of aircraft within established times. • Check if the aircraft is clean and secure to board a new flight after arrival. • Analyze before and during boarding if the passenger is able to follow directions and not disruptive in any way ensuring a safe and pleasant travel to crew members and other passengers. • Use of organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited time period. • Assist customers during security and emergency situations. • Rebook customers in case of misconnections/cancellations and provide them with the necessary vouchers, prepare itineraries, issue tickets, issue refunds. • Ensure on time departure of flights.
• Proactively listened to customer's needs to assist them in life's journey representing American Airlines. • The first point of contact with the customer is answering their questions and booking what is best for them in every aspect by analyzing short or long connecting times, alternate cities, alternate dates, price quotes, and weather. • Rebooking customers and accommodating them on new routes. • Promptly answering questions about American Airlines policies in general.
• Ensure everything was set and ready to meet aircraft on time. • Guide aircraft and crew into the gate and set line for that specific aircraft. • Service aircraft. • Load aircraft and scan bags into the cargo. • Manage customer's valet bags brought by gate agents. • Communicate with teammates, pilot and first officer, gate agent, and crew members as a team to guarantee flight will depart on time so that our customers could be at their destination on time. • 360 safety check of aircraft. • Push aircraft in position for departure.
• Effectively performed supply inventory checks, updates, and organization of materials. • Cooperated with the creative team to decide on gifts and trinkets. Assembled gifts and trinkets for church events, and sold them during the events. • Assisted in coordination of planning and interior design for events and gift shop. • Managed input of new member registration for church portal and directory. • Led in children’s ministry for 4 years, teaching curriculum and managing children’s activities.
