I make businesses actually work – not just on paper, but in practice. The people, the processes, and the day-to-day rhythm that turns strategy into real results. My background spans marketing, creative, and business operations across global agencies, FMCG, retail, telecoms, and media. Whether inside a creative agency or a large enterprise, the problem is usually the same: smart people, good intentions, and a gap between where leadership wants to go and how the business is actually running. That gap is what I close. Through The Fix Co., I partner with founders, creative agencies, and fast-growth businesses as an embedded fractional Operations Director – depending on what the business actually needs. I don’t consult from a distance. I get inside the business, understand how it runs, and build what’s missing. That means: • How teams are structured, resourced, and held accountable • How work flows through the business without stalling • How creative and marketing operations are set up to deliver at scale • How leadership gets real visibility – without chasing updates Most execution problems aren’t people problems. They’re systems problems – unclear ownership, no rhythm, and strategy that never makes it to the ground. I fix that, and make sure it stays fixed. Colleagues describe me as someone who brings calm to chaos. I’d rather be known as the person who makes sure the chaos doesn’t come back. I’m not loud about it. I just make things work.
