I’m particularly interested in how AI can improve the way companies operate, make decisions and serve customers, creating real business value rather than simply adding another technology layer. My leadership philosophy is simple: raise the floor - not the bar. Create clarity, focus, ownership and accountability so that great execution becomes the norm and not the exception.
