As the Technical Lead Manager for the Retail Success pillar at Rithum, I lead the Managed Integrations engineering team, ensuring retailers and suppliers achieve seamless, scalable, and high-quality integrations across the Rithum platform.
Manage Projects in an agile environment alongside Business Application Development and Technical Support teams. Design, configure and test in Jira and Confluence to ensure IT and business needs are met with an end goal to commonize workflows, gain process efficiencies and eliminate other methods of inputting and managing issue intake and service requests. • SharePoint and Office 365 subject matter expert. Integral participant on the migration of the SharePoint 2010 on prem Intranet, lists and workflows to SharePoint Online. Assisted NYSERDA in the development and maintenance of a custom data warehouse on a SQL Server platform. Acted as the liaison and advocate for the end users of the data warehouse.
