About

You can’t "nutrition" your way out of a broken food system. My career started at the bedside, helping renal patients navigate some of the most complex diets imaginable. But I’ve realized that focusing on the individual is only one piece of the puzzle. If the system providing the food is flawed, the patient's effort is doubled. I’m currently zooming out; pivoting from clinical care to systems-thinking. I’m exploring how we can bridge the gap between medical evidence and the bigger-picture factors like food security and sustainable systems that determine our health. I’m actively looking to connect with people, projects, and organizations working at this intersection. If you’re rethinking how we feed the future, I’d love to chat.
