As the Asia Head of People & Culture at SAP, I lead the regional people strategy, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and fostering a positive company culture across Greater China, ANZ, SEA, JP, and KR. I also coordinate regional P&C activities and interface with social partners, promoting health and safety initiatives for employee well-being. With over 15 years of experience in People & Culture role, I have successfully led global and regional transformations, reorganizations and restructures, defined change-management journeys, co-designed transition plan for the evolution of our HR model.

• Defined People Strategy for Cloud Board area at SAP, leading to improved employee engagement and retention. • Monitored and steered key people measures of the board area, ensuring alignment with company goals. • Designed and co-led Leadership journey initiative for 48 Executives and 209 managers, fostering a culture of continuous growth and development. • Drove successful restructuring and reorganization of 800 employees, optimizing team efficiency and simplifying organization.
