I am a People & Culture leader with over 15 years of experience designing, building and evolving organizational and people systems in international and constantly changing environments. My background combines organizational design, talent development and cultural transformation, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and the practical application of agile ways of working within People functions. Throughout my career, I have worked closely on defining structures, roles, policies, performance foundations and on supporting leaders, both in well-established multinational organizations and in highly complex transformation contexts. I enjoy working closely with leaders and teams to bring clarity to complexity, embed feedback and accountability into everyday work, and build cultures where both people and the business can grow sustainably. Having lived and worked in different countries has allowed me to develop a global mindset, strong cultural sensitivity and a people-centered yet pragmatic approach. I see change as a powerful tool for evolution when it is intentional, structured and aligned with a clear purpose.
