Previous work experience in the Association of Citizens ,,ATINA" focused on case management and work with potential and identified victims of human trafficking and gender-based violence. The position of case manager required the provision of psycho-social support to surviver trauma, prevent secondary victimization and reintegration into society. In parallel with managing the cases, I coordinated the program of the Reintegration Center for children and women from vulnerable categories of society with the aim of creating a safe and secure space. Coordinating the program required organizing in order for the space to function smoothly.
