Mireille is a dedicated mother who thrives on seeing customers satisfied with her service. Mireille applies energy and passion that is second to none to ensure she is successful in all roles she undertakes. Mireille enjoys building customer relationships, sales, leadership and inspiring others to become the best they can be to achieve clients needs. After graduating from University in 2002, Mireille moved to Australia and began her career as an office manager for a small lending firm. Mireille joined National Australia Bank in 2007 and spent several in Junior roles whilst growing her career to reach a leadership role. Throughout this distinguished career at National Australia Bank, she was regularly recognised as Top Performing Personal Banker in the region, and nominated twice to attend ‘Shine’ for Top 100 in National Australia Bank. Mireille has been a Branch Manager for the last seven years at multiple sites around South West Sydney. She has led a team of customer service officers and lenders to success in book growth and has been ranked number 2 in the country for Customer Satisfaction on year to date scores. Mireille has recently begun working for the NSW Government in an administration capacity. Mireille looks forward to her continual growth and the learning opportunities being offered to her.
