Designed, built, and deployed end-to-end email marketing campaigns, managing everything from audience segmentation strategy and copywriting to technical scheduling, delivery logistics, and post-campaign performance reporting. Built and maintained a structured A/B testing programme covering subject lines, creative assets, calls-to-action, send times, and audience segments.
I managed the full experimentation cycle across the website, taking ideas from initial hypothesis all the way through test design, execution, analysis, and reporting. Each experiment was anchored to a concrete business question, keeping every decision grounded in data rather than intuition. A core part of my work involved mapping friction points along the user journey and designing targeted tests to resolve them.

Business Organization for Students is a Junior Enterprise founded in March 2001 by a group of students filled with initiative.
