Most recently, I served as CMO at Travix, where I led global marketing across multiple brands and markets, overseeing brand, performance, CRM, partnerships, and loyalty, and building and leading international teams. My role sat at the intersection of brand, growth, and commercial performance, helping scale sustainably while strengthening long-term brand equity. Previously, I held senior leadership roles at high-growth scale-ups including Getir and Gorillas, where I helped build and scale the business during periods of rapid expansion, as well as at global consumer companies including LVMH, Rituals, and Unilever. Across my career, I have been drawn to environments that require both building and transformation from launching and scaling brands to leading organisations through change and renewed growth. I am known for combining strategic clarity with strong execution, and for building high-performing teams that deliver meaningful business impact. In my role as Chief Marketing Officer at Travix, I am responsible for Brand marketing, PR, Performance marketing, Loyalty & CRM, Partnerships and Customer Happiness for the brand portfolio of Cheaptickets, Vayama, BudgetAir, Vliegwinkel and Flugladen in 19 countries with 21 websites: + Created the strategic vision around "Affordable Travel Experiences" + Scaled the team from 17 FTE to 42FTE + Rebranded the Cheaptickets brand and renewed the Value Proposition + Grew Brand Awareness back to pre-covid levels + Improved Trustpilot scores from 3.5 to 4+ + Initiator of the "Travix Den" (driving innovation across the company) + Launched Female Leadership Program @Travix With a growth mindset, I implemented test & learn experiments to drive revenue growth and customer engagement. Leveraging AI skills in ChatGPT and Copilot, I optimized marketing strategies and collaborated with Trip.com to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Surfing the purple wave and building the Getir brand across The Netherlands and the rest of the world! + Supported the start-up of Getir Netherlands (within the 1st 20 employees) - managed to build an org of 250 employees at HQ and 3000 field employees + helped raise up to 1.8 Bln USD with VC’s like Sequoia capital and Mubadala + Build and launch the brand in the rest of EU and US + scaled the business to 1mln downloads and an active customer base of >500k active customers
