-To advise and facilitate commercialisation plans and activities of the Centre established by the University of Hong Kong and the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Harvard University (SEAS)
-Led the revitalisation of a historic building (Former Fanling Magistracy) and establishment of the first youth leadership institute in HK -Initiated and monitored a wide range of leadership programmes for youth from secondary school students to working youth locally, nationally and globally -Key programmes included HSBC Future Skills Development Project, American Express Culture Ambassadors Scheme, the HKFYG Standard Chartered English Public Speaking Contest -Attracted the public to appreciate the historic building which was the first magistracy in the New Territories
-Be promoted to oversee and develop youth entrepreneurship and social innovation services -Won the Best Team Award 2017 of the organisation demonstrating good leadership -Developed new partnership, including DBS and the Home Affairs Bureau of the Government with sponsorship -Promoted tenancy rate of the co-working space of the Social Innovation Centre
-Set up the HKFYG Jockey Club Social Innovation Centre, the first youth-oriented co-working space for youth in Hong Kong -Launched and monitored progress of new incubation programmes sponsored by J.P. Morgan and HK Jockey Club Charities Trust respectively -Headed the Global Youth Entrepreneurs Forum 2015 & 2016 participated by youth startups, investors and stakeholders from over 33 regions and countries
-Assisted the Executive Director in research and driving key initiatives including the strategic partnership with Qianhai Authority and Shenzhen Youth Federation for the establishment of the Qianhai Shenzhen-HK Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub (E Hub 前海深港青年夢工場); the first youth start-ups support programme in the pilot free trade zone
