Case Manager specializing in Life Skills Development and Resource Caregiver Support

Hilo, Hawaii, United States

About

At Child & Family Service, my role as a Case Manager is centered on participant life skills development and licensing, recruitment, and training support for Transitional Family Home (TFH) Parents. Through a foundational understanding of developmental psychology, trauma-informed care, and person-centered approaches, I collaborate with parents and treatment team members to assess participant strengths and build upon challenges in areas of social, interpersonal, and independent-living skills. My knowledge of state guidelines for parent licensure, and training of Transitional Family Home Parents contribute to stable and nurturing environments that enable each participant the best opportunities for growth and success in the TFH program.
