• Leading Customer Services Logistics Team in order to support Customer Care Center in accordance with the parameters defined by HQ, including ordering, import & export processes and distribution of spare parts to ensure financial, operational and customer targets are met • Running performance reports and ensuring Logistics Team development • Motivating, inspiring and encouraging Logistics Team to achieve business results and customer satisfaction • Optimizing of local spare part inventory • Management of 3PL warehouse & distribution tender and Customer Services local warehouse change • Management of 3PL companies to standardize high-quality in operations. Design and execute operational procedures and systems that will create excellent costumer experience • Controlling of commercial activities within Customer Services(CS), monitoring the costs and performing relevant reports for CS Board • Creating development plans in line with the analyses in order to decrease the error rates, duration of the operation and its cost • Improving productivity in CS • Solving SAP problems as a Key User
• Optimizing and managing international shipment processes of healthcare spare parts and main devices from Siemens Germany & USA & Korea & China & Ireland & Belgium • Creating purchase orders via SAP, following up order changes, receiving order confirmations and providing relevant feedback to related departments • Negotiations with suppliers & forwarders • Arranging local and international logistic activities from supplier to customer, ensuring that the materials, arrive to customers on time, complete and in conformity with required conditions • Optimizing logistics and warehouse costs • Completing required documentation for import and export operations • Export arrangements of old systems to Siemens Healthcare • Managing 3rd parties such as warehouse partner, distribution company and customs clearance company by using defined KPIs
• Defining prices and listing / delisting decisions for Vitra and Artema products in different markets based on the SAP (MM module) data analysis • Managing the merger of Vitra sanitary and tile segments masterdata • Developing related programs and reporting structures in coordination with IT department • Improving SAP transactions used in masterdata department • Preparing monthly process volume and system upgrade reports for the company's top management • Identifying and completing key lost data on SAP database
