In the field of plastic and bariatric surgery, I supported international patients by providing end-to-end care in English, German, and Turkish. My responsibilities included managing pre-arrival inquiries, coordinating accommodations and transfers, planning surgical procedures, and overseeing post-operative care. By leveraging strong multilingual communication, organizational, and hospitality skills, combined with empathy and attention to detail, I ensured seamless coordination, efficient execution, and a positive patient experience.
I was responsible for planning and the execution of travel and events for high-end clients and national and international companies. This involved close collaboration with clients and partners to ensure seamless execution and outstanding service. Additionally, I developed my skills in creating content for social media platforms, contributing significantly to enhancing the companies online presence and engagement.
I worked in the Corporate Communications department, where I translated content from English and German into Turkish for the company’s internal communication platform (intranet). In this role, I also gained valuable experience in both internal and external communications, including engagement with TOGG (Toplum Gönüllüleri Vakfı) and collaborations with various PR agencies.
