Research cybersecurity vulnerabilities, simulate exploitations, and developed 2 papers to present mitigations to data analysts. Contributed to and completed 9 projects, including developing a keylogger program in Python, refactoring a CAN Bus Visualizer, executing, timing, and comparing cryptographic functions such as SHA-256. Presented my findings to over 20 DoD analysts 3 times
Advocate for the ethical use of AI. Reached 7k+ people through social media and events such as the NY AI Summit and a self-organized hackathon. Met and partnered with the NYCLU, FFNY, Amnesty International, New York State Senator and Governor, Lockport Parents, and the DOE. Worked with the Privacy NY Coalition to ban Facial Recognition in all NY Public Schools. Contributed to recommendations for the 6th UN Ad Hoc Committee on Cybercrime.
Created and taught a five-week course (syllabus, lesson plans/class activities, assessments, and homework). Taught 25+ students from ages 10-18 Python skills such as recursion, encryption, and decryption. Graded assignments, held students accountable, and provided mentorship and additional help if needed.
