- Assisting clients in making strategic decisions through due diligence engagements by identifying EBITDA, Net working capital and Net Debt adjustments and other transactions related business risks. - Performing detailed financial (Balance sheet and P&L analysis, Business Review, budget analysis, forecasts) and commercial analysis (Volume/Revenue analysis, Channel profitability, price/mix, discounts & allowances etc.) and presenting the results within a comprehensive report. - Key engagements relate to various industries such as consumer products, retail, wholesale and pharmaceutical industry for a number of strategic investors (e.g. Coca-Cola, Telenor, Phoenix Group) and financial investors (e.g. Mid Europa Partners).
- Performed financial audits of companies in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical and consumer products industries of which most notable are Fiat, Siemens, Hemomont (a member of Stada group) and also financial audits of banks and insurance companies (e.g. Societe Generale Bank, Erste bank, Generali Insurance Company). - Conducted control and substantive audit procedures on income statements and balance sheets.
