I help ambitious leaders turn purpose into strategy, lead transformations that put people first, and build entrepreneurial teams that move fast and do difficult things with joy. Passionate about teaming, GenAI and disruptive technologies, as well as social impact. Over the last decade, I’ve advised C-suites, built ventures, and led transformations across sectors and markets: • Led people experience transformation initiatives at a Fortune500 multinational, spanning 100+ countries, to drive employee experience and operational resilience. • Designed partnership and fundraising strategies for a UN agency to scale private sector engagement and unlock new revenue models. • Developed the strategy for a public-private growth coalition for a leading city government in Africa, aligning city officials, business, and civil society to tackle systemic urban challenges. • Co-founded Red Dot, a boutique innovation firm serving largest banks, insurers, and retailers in Mauritius — reaching over 10,000 people across sectors before being acquired by EY. • Built a number of social ventures, including a home health startup in Mauritius, an award-winning financial literacy platform in Singapore, and had an early role at Qik, a Silicon Valley startup acquired by Skype for $150M. I’m most energised when helping leaders unlock clarity, momentum, and collaboration in complex environments — and building the systems and culture that enable teams that deliver with purpose and joy. If you're shaping bold change — let's connect.
Red Dot was founded with a mission to support leaders who are ambitious about change. We use digital strategy and innovation as a platform to bring rare skills to Mauritius, and work with clients to solve complex strategic challenges. We do this through strategy consulting, with accompanying end-to-end implementation, with a network of international practitioners combined with a deep understanding of Mauritian culture and context. We also run events and programs that catalyze a more entrepreneurial culture in Mauritius - through celebrating failure (FuckupNights), getting more women on boards, and building communities that bring changemakers together to tackle national level challenges.
