I'm Minsun (Rachel) Lee, a recent Master in Management graduate from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with experience spanning strategy, consulting, client services, and business development. My career interests sit at the intersection of business, relationships, and real estate—where analytical thinking and people-centered problem solving come together to create value. Through experiences at PwC Deals, a data-driven marketing agency(Ambition Plan), and Kearney Consulting Lab, I developed a strong foundation in market analysis, commercial due diligence, client communication, and strategic decision-making. I enjoy tackling complex business challenges, identifying opportunities for growth, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. What excites me most about commercial real estate is its unique combination of business strategy, operations, relationship management, and tangible impact. Whether working with tenants, investors, owners, or business partners, I am energized by environments that require strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. I enjoy building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and creating positive experiences for stakeholders. Having studied Hospitality Administration at Boston University, I have always been fascinated by how physical spaces influence human experiences. That interest has evolved into a broader passion for commercial real estate, tenant representation, property operations, and client-facing business roles where I can combine analytical skills with relationship-building. Outside of work, I am naturally curious, highly people-oriented, and enjoy building meaningful connections with others. I thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy meeting people from diverse backgrounds, and am energized by opportunities to learn through conversations and relationships. I am always looking for ways to grow, contribute, and create lasting value for the people and organizations around me.
