• Acquire new retail clients through developing professional relationships. • Advise retail clients on their personal financial needs and objectives by analyzing their financial needs and objectives, recommend suitable financial solutions, and execute clients' instructions on their banking and financial transactions. • Perform ongoing servicing of retail client accounts and identify any potential opportunities for extending basic banking services.
• Manage operation for bundle product • Implement/coordinate the development and administration of policies related to bundle product • Manage stakeholder’s enquiry about bundle product • Perform market research, analyze data and preparing reports in order to improve product's performance • Implement UAT test for new feature/program by identifying test scenarios, creating UAT test case, running test and confirming business objectives • Implement risk assessment documents, product development process documents • Participate in projects related to building and managing customer journeys/building solution packages/campaigns • Design internal communication newsletter to update new procedure/product's offers
