1. Admin task (50%) - Procure office's equipment, manage company assets - Purchase and distribute stationery - Organize annual travel, internal activities for employee and their family 2. Admin Team Leader (20%) - Arrange the working schedule and handle problems that arise during the working process - Be in charge of car arrangement, clean supervisor, meal and pantry management 3. C&B (20%) - Ensure the welfare of members and answer information related to salary and bonus - Review employee hourly schedules, determine overtime pay. calculate gross pay, issue payments to employees through their preferred delivery method (message or call) 4. Recruitment (10%) - Recruit/Support recruitment if the managers have needs - Onboard new employees Improve planning, problem solving skill, critical thinking skills, independent and teamwork ability, working under high pressure
- Create content and design media publications for Fanpage - Give ideas for Internal Events and be in charge of Internal Communication - Share soft skills knowledge within the Human Resources department (Canva, Employer Branding, Internal Communication, Content writing) - Coordinate with managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments Source applicants through online channels - Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position - Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments. - Assess candidates’ information, including CV and references Improve critical thinking skills, independent and teamwork ability, working under high pressure
- Handle situations which arise in class, ensure information is clearly communicated and resolved in a timely manner - Writing lesson report daily and monthly - Promote center's internal and extra-curricular events to both students and parents Improve problem solving skills, office information and communication skills
