■Job description • Sells Database/ Cloud (IaaS/ PaaS) directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts in the Manufacturing sector. • Identifies, qualifies and closes new opportunities. Manages accounts including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support. • Leverages the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth and having effective communication with the customers to Consult Clients to solve business problems into IT/ Cloud solutions. • Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Product Manager, and Sales Support to deliver Oracle value to the customers. ■Achievement • Achieved 105% sales budget this fiscal year. Achieved 250% cloud budget this fiscal year. • Sold the several first cloud deals for Chemical/ Engineering Construction/ Semiconductor manufacturing equipment industry in Japan. Received sales awards of closing multi-cloud deals.
• Strengthen the relationship with partners in order to expand IT solutions towards foreigner multinational companies in Japan for financial and manufacturing sectors. • Management account projects and making the yearly budget of team 7 people with $7M. • Making quotation and contract based on understanding the market price and adjusting the schedule for installation the products with team. • Meeting the government and enterprise clients to introduce the company’s solutions and manufacturing facilities.
