Gather, understand and document business objectives, specifications and requirements on the assigned projects. • Develop and execute unit/system test cases, scripts and plans. • Define, design, and document business flows and processes on assigned projects. • Provide end-user support on applications supported within the organization. • Identify, analyze, propose and document appropriate solutions for problems and issues that may impact the project. Identify and understand issues that may impact day-to-day operations and/or project costs. Use technical tools for (queries, process maps, etc) for problem resolution. • Familiar with SDLC, quality validation processes and application processes. • Communicate status, solutions and concerns. Establish and maintain relationships within the business or function. • Train others as appropriate on specific area of business or systems expertise. Assist in development of training materials and user guide • Prepare detail specifications for the programs to develop custom report using Crystal Report tool. • Data modeler for Manufacturing Data warehouse. • Able to write script using Visual Basic 6 • Familiar with ERP (JDE) and MES(XFP)
Participate, gather user requirements, translates to functional specifications, implement fab wide solutions & enhancement projects. • Plan, conduct and document UAT for CIM enhancements and developments to meet user requirement. • Provide application support and training to the end-user • Resolve and document Computer Integrated Manufacturing related problems, and base on the problem to provide and document long-term solution to proactively stabilize the whole system. • Monitor Computer Integrated Manufacturing System performance and errors, analyze and discuss with related system owners, and come out enhancement plan.
Resolve CIM and CIM-related problems encountered and reported. • Lead and Guide Shift AE in Daily Shift Duties· • Monitor MES server and IEI server performance. • Conduct CIM training for operation staff. • Participate, gather user requirements, translates to functional specifications, implement fab wide solutions & enhancement projects. (MES) • Conduct Acceptance Testing for CIM enhancements and developments to meet user requirement.
