About

I completed my postgraduate study at the University of Canberra in 2016 and obtained Master of Professional Accounting and Master of Business Administration. I am currently working full time at the University of Canberra College as the Student Academic and Services Officer. I also work casually at University of Canberra College English Test Centre as the IELTS (International English Learning Test System) Speaking Test Supervisor, OET (Occupational English Test) Venue Supervisor and Invigilator. More than 4 years experiences in customer service. Developed a strong communication skill in academic and public sectors. Confident in communicating with colleagues, departments and clients from different backgrounds in face-to-face, phone, and emails. 
Effectiveness in prioritizing tasks and working to deadlines by strong documentation and computer skills. I have a great passion to apply my knowledge and abilities into work, especially in Data analyzing, Financing, and Administration areas.
